Very good. I would like to have an option of entering same item twice or more times while billing. Especially needed in food catering services. Otherwise I have to add it manually and have to enter the total at once. Even the customer won't understand correctly if I enter the total of an item which they bought at different times in the same day. Another feature I would love to have is pin the items on the list so that daily selling items can be easily entered.

Recent updates are released without proper testing. There are so many errors. Ask your testing team to check everything properly. For a live app you should take more responsibility. Error 1: if you open a existing bill tax percentages are changing into none. This is a big issue in terms of GST. Error2: when you try to add an item. Drop down menu is poping up when you entering data on other fields. Such a irritating stuff. Like so many errors are there in the recent update

App is good but the WORST part is their customer care support. I am using this app from last 3 years, it's proven that their customer care is Pathetic & worst, they don't know how to resolve the issues, simply dragging the issues by keep on sending the questions, after several hrs of question & answer maha saga, issue remains the same. It's disgusting. They will be highly interactive when our subscription was due / over. Pls improve or else you will loose the customers.
